Sorry to rain on your parade guys but I think the move for colors in the
widget area is a *REALLY* bad one. Colors in Amarok and in KDE in general
have always been meaning that something is selected and it's one of the
most common and agreed-on paradigms in GUIs. In our case, that blue color
is very, very specific to selected UI elements.

This is all very wrong. It makes no sense at all to have colored
backgrounds in widgets. It doesn't look better either (doesn't necessarily
look worse neither), it just is inconsistent with the rest of Amarok's UI
and KDE UIs.

I would suggest that you remove that and make your GUI consistent with all
98% other applications out there. The new «Now playing» widget has much
better presentation but there are no benefits to the added colors. 

Please go back to monochrome UI elements,
