Beta2 Release

Hi All,
Since we received a patch to initialise mysqle collections more
robustly, I think we can go ahead on release sooner than expected.
I've seen a few sql errors when building a collection - I'll take a
look into them.

If there are no objections I'd like to do a retag of beta2 (1.92.1)
and a release by the end of the week.

How does this sound to everyone.
