This took me much longer than planned, but now I made a start and
started a list of missing icons. Please everyone contribute to this
list: Add missing icons, and help to make the descriptions as clear as
possible (maybe even with images of the old icons).

Nuno has agreed to complete the icon theme for us, and I think it is
of great importance to finish it before 2.0 release!
