aKademy Cleanup

Hi.  For those of you that went to aKademy and received money from Amarok to 
attend, I wanted to make sure that you were clear on responsibility for 
reimbursements, etc.

1) If you received a 20% advance from Amarok based on your estimate of costs 
and either

  - your actual expenses were equal to your estimate, you don't have 
    to do anything except ask KDE e.V. for reimbursement for the 80% 
    that they pay, or

  - your actual reimbursable expenses were substantially more than 
    your estimate and you would like additional funds from Amarok, 
    please provide me with a copy of your e.V. reimbursement so I 
    can pay you the difference from your 20% estimate and the actual, or

  - your actual expenses were substantially lower than your 20% estimate,
    it would be honorable to return the excess funds, but in most
    cases it would be more hassle than it is worth by the time we
    figure out how to go about doing that.

2) If you received more than 20% reimbursement, like a 100% advance, please 
either arrange to have KDE e.V. send your reimbursement to me directly.

3) If you received no advance funds, please provide me with a copy of your KDE 
e.V. reimbursement form and I will forward you our 20%.

I hope everyone had a good time, learned a lot and accomplished some cool 
stuff.  I'm also really glad that we are able to provide funding for these 
kinds of things.  I wish we could do more of it.
