Cover Fetching Data Source

If Last.FM really turns out to give us better results I am in favour
of switching. Currently cover fetching is way worse than good enough.
The only reason I see for sticking with Amazon is to prevent us from
having last.fm as a single-point-of-failure by relying on it with too
many of our core parts. Other reasons not to switch?
