script manager

Heya everyone :)

Imho the script manager needs a confirmation/close button. I have been
puzzled the first time I used it and when I watched someone use it
(yay for willing usability guinea pig :P ) he had the same problem. It
is not clear how you save which scripts are enabled and disabled once
you selected them and it is also not consistent with what we have in
other parts of Amarok.
