Patch: Asynchronous Transfer to MTP devices with progress display

Hello everyone,

I'm attaching a patch for MtpHandler and MtpCollectionLocation. With this 
patch (still untested on Amarok, since here loading MtpCollection screws 
everything up) transfers are made asynchronous and it's given an interface to 
monitor progress of a single transfer through libmtp callbacks.

If somebody could review and test this, I'd be happy to commit it soon.
