permision to not revert SVN revision 870976

The svn revision 870976 changes the string in OsdConfig. So this would
technically be a breakage of the string freeze that is now on. But this
fixes the string so that it actually displays what it means to display
because the right argument is given to the string.

In the American tradition of asking for forgiveness rather then permission
I am asking pretty please to not revert the commit for the freeze.

If I am not granted forgiveness, I will revert. Sorry for not
recognizing that a freeze was on in the first place.
