Regressions with new playlist code

Hi,

here's a list of a few regressions I've noticed with the new playlist code:


1) Shoutcast streams no longer work. Most streams from our
"Cool-Streams" script won't play; oddly enough, a few do work.

2) Direct Play does not work in some cases, e.g. with Last.fm Radio.
You have to start playback manually.

3) Impossible to move playlist item below the last item.

4) When moving playlist items, it's impossible to tell where the
replaced item will end up. With the old "drop indicator line", you
could precisely tell where an item would end up, as you would drop an
item between two other items. I liked that better.
