Amarok urls, first (working) draft

I wonder if this can be extended to allow more then just amarok://
urls to be handled. Using a simple function to convert any url to an
internal amarok:// action. It would be a simple way to add support for
things like pcast:// itunes:// and other urls to add podcast channels.
We could even make those conversion functions scriptable so handlers
can be added from GHNS.
