Some more missing icons

All,

Thank you for the comments! I greatly appreciate them. I was aware of the
visual inconsistencies of the last preview (which were mostly due to not
being able to come up with a better approach at the time), but hopefully the
attached preview addresses most of the issues seen in the last preview. For
those wondering, I'm using a 48x48 pixel icon for each icon. If a larger
icon needs to be made for each, please let me know. Thanks!
