I'm personally concerned by two groups of showstoppers, both of which
I've made priorities that I'm trying to tackle:
1) Collection scanning.
* Restarting the scanner after a scanner crash does not work
correctly. I've made progress here, but it's still not fully fixed.
* Certain characters can cause the XML to be become malformed.
This is what presumably happened to Nightrose.

* Incremental scanning not working correctly. My research
indicates that the D-Bus call isDirInCollection() that the scanner
uses is broken. The consequence is that incremental scan basically
works like a full rescan.
2) Crashing on exit.
This seems to be a regression that we've introduced rather recently,
after Beta 2 release.
