Including libgpod as optional package in main CMakeLists

Yes, you do this via CMake. CMake should check for the existence of
libgpod and if it is found it should compile the ipod media device,
otherwise skip it.

Oh, and you should do it as soon as you need to. If you need it now, go for it.
