US shop

Hi,

for a while now (more than 6 month I'd say) we are not able to get in
contact with Landy and he unsubscribed from the promo list a few weeks
ago.
This makes me believe he no longer wants to work with us.
The US shop was offline for quite some time (seems to be back up now)
and we were not able to get in touch with him.

I consider all of this quite serious as a lot of money is involved
here as well as our reputation. (Think what would happen if users
order stuff and never get it.)

I already talked to Greg and Harald and we agreed that we should think
about switching to some other shop.

So my questions are:
1) Does anyone disagree? Opinions?
2) Does anyone have a good recommendation for which shop to use instead?
