showstoppers for 2.0.1

Heya everyone :)

there are currently at least two showstoppers on our bugslist for
2.0.1 and another few which we should fix if possible.
So if we want to tag on January 5th please everyone have a look at the
bugs if you have a free minute in between parties and spending time
