NO!
Especially this topic is highly controversial and emotionally loaden.
If we ever want to be happy with that we need to sort this out now and
forever among ourself and then present that as a team decision. And
trust me if you do you will get 100 different opinions (probably more)
about this and you will be as clueless as before.
