CV states

Sorry for the top-posting, I'm away from a PC.  Does anything stop you from adding the same applet to two states?

I think this can be achieved by a sane set of default applets in each  
state.

E.g. have current track, lyrics, and wikipedia loaded by default (not  
all in the same containment) in the currently playing state.
