New website theme, when to roll out?

I did not mean to step on peoples toes, I have not been following the
development of the new theme closely and merely responded to the
original mail.

For the record, I really like the new theme. My main gripe with some
of the first mockups I saw seems to have been solved, and I think it
looks to be a definite improvement over the current one. It's much
cleaner!
