The "embedded SQL in C" is about embedding the SQ Language into the C
language. It isn't about embeddeding the PostgreSQL server into an
application process.

As far as I understand it, to get MySQL embedded all you need to do
build MySQL in a certain way. I think our cmake checks already look
for it and find it on my system IIRC.
