I think it does (according to the Trolltech GPL Exception), but IANAL. I can 
try to clarify that though. Even if Qt would be a problem, it would be lesser 
of a problem than it is now: it should be possible relatively easy to 
implement an in-process engine interface that does not use Qt. By not using 
Qt for implementing the interface and the engine, the whole point about Qt 
would be redundant.
