TODO before 1.4.6

I think it's a duplicate -- see the bug report.  I certainly can't 
reproduce it, and I've fixed the other bug, which sounds like it might 
have stemmed from the same problem (if they were showing zero tracks).  
hydrogen said he could reproduce it though, so hopefully he'll check again.

Also, I fixed the Magnatune icon...should we even mention that in the 
ChangeLog?  :-)
