Stable branch osd ratings bug

Hi all,
I've been trying to track a problem in stable branch for the past few
weeks and I am sorry to say that it has gotten the better of me. I am
appealing for help.

When rating a track via global hotkeys, win-{1,2,3,4,5} the OSD should
show up and show the new rating. This is not happening. At first I
thought it was not showing up at all, but after some investigation, I
realised that it was shown on successive ratings.
