Last.fm Streaming Information broken

While you can still listen to last.fm streams, as far as I can tell
its otherwise completely broken. It doesn't restart the clock on track
change, it doesn't show the metainformation for the track your
listening to, banning doesn't skip the track, skipping doesn't skip.

philip__ in #amarok was having the same issue.

We've been having troubles likely due to the new protocol, but its now
apparent that the old protocol has been all but dropped. It is
possible the issue is temporary I suppose.

It would be nice to fix this for 1.4.7 or 1.4.8. I know I'm a bit too
busy what with having to  solder together a QListView and a
QGraphicsView. It requires figuring out the new protocol from the
official last.fm client. And work in the stable branch...
