Decision on Plasma and Amarok

Ok, general consensus seems to be to merge it :)

Before i merge it i want to finish the new last.fm events applet which will
now be SVG-based (thanks emunkki!) as well as fix the crash-on-exit bug that
has existed since day 1 and has driven me nuts. anyway, i'm looking at doing
it during the next week, if i can manage to wrestle with svn merge ok.
