I think this stuff will eventually be sent upstream to Strigi.
Regardless Strigi is already a dependency of kdelibs, so its not
really adding any deps. Though honestly I don't know about OS X and
Windows, though I suppose its fine if Martin is working on it.

In unrelated news, there seems to be a lot of girls making out with
each other in Glasgow. I'm not complaining, just a note.
