GraphicsItemFader

If someone familiar with the GraphicsItemFader could take a look at 
something I'd appreciate it.

In contextview.cpp enable the popup dropper by making the static bool 
true.  Then, start a drag from the collection browser.  What should 
happen is that the existing boxes should fade to partly transparent; 
when the mouse is moved over the context view they should come back.  
But once the fade starts they just disappear totally and are gone 
forever, and I'm not sure why.  They should later fade back in, but that 
doesn't work either.  I know that you got this working before with the 
icon, so I figure there's some wrong brush color or something...

Any help is appreciated.
