Proposal: Author status for Maximilian Kossick

Hey all,

I'd like to propose to elevate Maximilian Kossick (maxx_k on IRC) to Amarok 
author status. Max has contributed several important parts to the Amarok 
codebase, including:

* Dynamic Collection
* Labels support
* Database refactor for Amarok2
* Bugfixes

Also, Maximilian has represented the Amarok project at the FOSDEM conference 
in Brussels, and he continues to make important contributions to the Amarok 
codebase.
