ThreadManager problem

Hi
I've been trying to figure out why amarok is crashing after expanding the 
second node in the new collection browser, and now i'm stumped.

I've attached a patch which adds some debug output to ThreadManager, and here 
is the debug output of the problem:

Note how the size of the m_jobs list is correct in line 15, and then wrong in 
both line 49 and line 71. Does anybody have an idea what the reason for the 
wrong sizecould be? I can' remember a similar problem with ThreadManager. The 
fact that the SqlWorkerThread class is defined in a plugin might have 
something to do with this, though i can't imagine why and how.
