/repodata/repomd.xml not found on medium 'http://releases.nemomobile.org/...'

That's what I get when I run 'zypper refresh'.  

Is this a permanent error or a transient one?

The full URL in question is 
http://releases.nemomobile.org/snapshots/repos/hw/x86/x86-common/0.20130619.0.1/i586/

I tried visiting just http://releases.nemomobile.org and was surprised to 
receive the Not Found page and the message "The requested URL /nemomobile/ was 
not found on this server."
