depends also how computation intensive is the processing part, it may be a bit 
heavy? (iirc the n9 version used to connect to a pc to do the heavy 
computation, as well siri and  the google thing do most of the voice 
interpretation server side)

but in general, if we want something like that, yes, simon is the way to go
