PA4 Documentation

Hello mates,

is that image under https://share.basyskom.com/plasma-active/deployment/wetab-exopc/tablet/mer/stable/basyskom-plasma-active-four-wetab-exopc-tablet-mer-release.iso the latest official image of PA4?

Is there any news from users side? I've seen that bangarang was replaced by 
Plasma Media Center. In the on top linked image it looks like the calligra is 
removed. 
Then i've seen that on some places PA4 was announced with owncloud support. 
How is it solved?
