it seems it's possible, but is necessary to re-chose the file on each file
field, for some reason it gets forgotten.

also, a part of the problem (but probably not enough to fix it) is that the
server expects file fields that have the same name as the file, so the client
has to do some hacks to rename the field on the fly when a file is chosen.
removing that requirement may make it a bit simpler to fix, but i'm not 100%
sure
