contour repo merged into plasma-mobile

hi everyone ..

the contents of the contour repository that are still in use are now in 
plasma-mobile's master branch. they have not gone through integration as they 
don't touch any code that was already in plasma-mobile and they have been 
shipping as part of plasma-mobile for a while (obviously :)

if you have been or plan to hack on things in the contour repository, don't. 
everything is now in plasma-mobile.

this means one less repository to track and package. i had planned on doing 
this on monday, but due to the bulk push it required that i do so when the 
sysadmins were around.
