List of PA4 release blockers

Hi everyone,
I've created a saved search for bugs which I consider release blockers for 
PA4.
It searches for all open bugs with severity Major or higher. That means I 
included not only truly critical stuff involving data loss or crashes, but 
everything which causes a feature not to work at all. That means some of these 
bugs can be avoided by simply deactivating the affected feature (like the SLC 
New Tag dialog, for example) temporarily.

For some bugs I am not sure if they are still valid, because I could not yet 
retest them due to the resources bug 
(https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=316563). Once that bug is fixed, I'll 
retest them and see whether they're still there. All bugs that have nothing to 
do with resources are still reproducible.
I hope this helps to focus the bug fixing phase until the release.
