Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add Widgets...
2.Get new widgets
3....then has a slow and longer search, after that, prompts the message
"loading of providers from file http //download.kde.org/ocs/providers.xml
failed"
Actual Results:  
loading of providers from file http //download.kde.org/ocs/providers.xml failed

Expected Results:  
Give me all widgets on the kde supports
