Kubuntu Plasma-Active

Apparently Kubuntu has a Plasma Active preinstalled img but I have not been
able to successfully flash the image onto my device.  I honestly have not
found really any documentation on it as well as even a knowledge of it.
Has anyone actually gotten to work:

This is the location of the image.
