PA4 for a ExoPC

Hello:
I need help, please.
I have a ExoPC.
I download and install
basyskom-plasma-active-four-wetab-exopc-tablet-mer-release-rc.iso from
https://share.basyskom.com/plasma-active/deployment/wetab-exopc/tablet/mer/testing/of
3oth of june.
The installation is OK, but I do'nt see some  icons and some graphics
elements, like the background of the icon's grups are transparents.
Is normal? Is OK? Can I found a better iso?
