Installing on lenovo ideaTab

Hi,
I'd like to know, how can i install kde plasma active on a Lenovo IdeaTab A2109 9-Inch 16 GB Tablet?Could you help me with the instructions for the installation via mmc card. And also if i can install it in a dual boot mode with a preexisting android 4?
