i tried to disable the cache also in master, it still works, however it 
uncovers another behavior probably linked, if i delete the sqlite db, then 
start akonadi, it will have the same problem (failing to create agents), but 
then the sqlite db is actually recreated, if i restart again akonadi, all 
starts to work correctly again
