clone of KDE meego obs

Hi all,
since right now the situation of meego obs is a bit uncertain (ie might be 
closed soon, but unknown when)
i did a clone of pretty much everything in the mer obs server:
https://build.merproject.org/project/subprojects?project=home%3Anotmart

nothing is built yet, to not punish the server before is needed,  but can be 
enabled in case is needed.

if somebody wants to modify or add something to the meego obs, just tell me 
and i give permission to do the same thing there so that it's kept reasonably 
up to date even if not continuously built
