Plasma Active Imageviewer Improvements

Hi,

I added a branch (rcg/imageviewer) to
http://quickgit.kde.org/?p=plasma-mobile.git

The changes include improvements for the built-in imageviewer.

The most important change improves the switching between images by 
sliding left to right.
The result should be that images are pre-loaded in the background and 
that the load times when switching to the next image is essentially zero.

You can test that as follows:
Open the "Files" aplication.
Select "Images" and click on one image.
Change back and forth between the images using the swipe left and right 
gestures.
The images should be there instantly without any load times.
Only when switching very rapidly to subsequent images "load-artefacts" 
should occur.
Note that it may take two or three switches until the pre-load fully works.

Another change is for scaling images to screensize and loading the 
full-scale version on-demand when zooming.
This currently conflicts with the switching functionality.
However, after directly opening a high-resolution image it should be 
possible to zoom in.
You will see that the image is reloaded (this time with the full 
resolution) and you can fully zoom in then.
