To date, there is only good support with Mer OS which is designed for mobile 
devices. Integration with other operating systems (e.g. Kubuntu) has so far 
been largely incomplete, despite it being a relatively straight forward 
process. It does not seem to be a priority for many Linux distributions to 
provide good experiences on touch devices right now :/

Perhaps this is because they do not yet hear enough demand from their users.

I know of no adaptations for the yoga2; it would be great to see, but our 
current resources are stretched to their limit. Hopefully this will improve in 
future.
