Quick fix for missing import org.kde.dirmodel 0.1

Hi,

I just noticed that the import org.kde.dirmodel 0.1 was missing.
This used to come with plasma-mobile.
Apparently, it got removed in plasma-mobile via 
components/CMakeLists.txt and replaced with an automatism that should 
only pull it if the KDE version is < 4.11.
This seems not to work properly.
I "fixed" this with a quick hack that simply re-adds org.kde.dirmodel 
unconditionally:

My question:
Should I push this into the official project (kde:devel:ux) on Mer OBS?
