Tagging Documents not available?

Hello list,

actually i'm experimenting with the files browser. And i'm trying to tag some 
documents.
That's my way:
1.) starting files
2.) choosing Documents
3.) After the Documents are visible i'm moving the tab to left
4.) Then i'm going to tags
5.) Tapping on "New Tag" and nothing happens

I'm running the latest devel image from BasysKom and yesterday's updates.

Maybe i have to go to another way?
