networkmanager

Hi all,
today obs finished the whole rebuild due to a mer-core version update.
another thing that was updated is NetworkManager-ke, with the nm plasmoid.
unfortunately it didn't build anymore with the packaged networkmanager (0.9.4)
i tried to update to a more recent one, but this seems makes the whole shell 
not start anymore (it starts again removing the nm plasmoid)

so i now reverted both the networkmnager package and networkmanager-kde (of 
which ci should be disabled)

if someone wants to give a try integrating a newer networkmanager + plasmoid 
it would be cool, otherwise older versions will stay for the time being (at 
least pa4)
