this depends what is the final target one is aiming at.

on a system that the target is more a mobile and mobile only use case, the 
more pieces are disabled the better, if is more on a regular distribution an d 
is planned to be able to switch between active and a normal desktop session, 
everything can be built and run just fine with the usual desktop profile
