Which images to use for testing PA3?

Hi Marco,
I want to test PA more intensively now since the release of PA is soon, but 
I'm not sure which image to use for that. Do the Testing images contain what 
will be released as PA3?
If so, I'm wondering why for example bodega-client isn't installed there by 
default even though it is featured in the draft release announcement.
So, should I use testing images for PA3 testing or devel images?
