Help me get Active on my Android Tablet!

I just got a Lava Tech QPad tablet, and I want to install KDE Active2 on it.

Now, I know that KDE conflicts with Android, so I'm willing to blow it all away. (Not an android fan myself...)

It is a Rockwell 29 chipset, with a Mali-400 GPU with ICS. 

I have the android SDK installed on my PC.  (Win7-64)

That's about it.

How do I get started?
