Files: this week to enumerate issues

Hello :)

Starting today, we need to enumerate all issues we can find in Files that need 
to be addressed. You can find the wiki page here:

	http://community.kde.org/Plasma/Active/PA4/Files

All items will be scheduled at the end of the week. 

Solutions are only suggestions and to allow us to more fully understand the 
problem statement. We will go over and refine/select solutions as we get to 
implementation.

All are welcome to participate!
