FAQ updated

Hi everyone (and especially our users reading this mailing list),
I've recently updated our FAQs (
http://community.kde.org/Plasma/Active/Info/FAQ ) to PA3 status.
If anyone finds something about PA3 they don't understand or think others might 
not understand and it is not in the FAQ yet, please feel free to either add it 
to the FAQ yourself or post the question here so I can add it.
